Softball Announces 2025 BIG EAST Schedule

OMAHA, Neb. – Creighton softball has announced its 24-game BIG EAST schedule for the 2025 season, highlighted by four home series at the Creighton Sports Complex.
The Bluejays are set to host home series against UConn, Butler, St. John's and Seton Hall, while trips east take the Jays to Providence, Villanova, Georgetown and DePaul.
Creighton opens BIG EAST play with back-to-back road trips, traveling to Providence on March 7-9 and to defending BIG EAST champions Villanova on March 14-16, before returning to the CU Sports Complex for their first home series against UConn on March 28-30.
Following the home series with UConn, the Bluejays hit the road for a series in the nation's capital at Georgetown on April 4-6 before welcoming Butler into Omaha on April 11-13.
Conference play resumes with a home series over Easter break against St. John's on April 18-20. The Bluejays hit the road one final time, traveling to DePaul on April 25-27, before hosting Seton Hall on May 2-4 in the regular season finale.
The 2025 BIG EAST Tournament will be hosted by defending BIG EAST regular season and tournament champion Villanova from May 7-10. The NCAA Tournament begins with regionals from May 15-18 before Super Regionals (May 22-25), and the Women's College World Series on May 29 in Oklahoma City.
The Bluejays' non-conference schedule will be announced at a later date with the times of the conference portion of the schedule.
