
Women’s Soccer Quartet Earns CSC Academic All-District Honors

OMAHA, Neb. – Creighton women's soccer seniors Ariana Mondiri and Lara Kazandjian, as well as junior Ella Offer and sophomore Clara Kulick each earned a spot on the College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District Team on Tuesday, November 19.
The 2024 Academic All-District ® Women's Soccer Team, selected by CSC, recognizes the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the field and in the classroom. The CSC Academic All-America® program separately recognizes soccer honorees in four divisions – NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division II and NAIA.
The Bluejays' four honorees are tied for the second most by the Creighton women's soccer program in a single year, trailing only the five honorees in 2022.
Excelling in the classroom and on the pitch, Mondiri owns a 3.76 cumulative GPA, majoring in computer science. On the pitch, Mondiri has appeared in 34 matches, starting 21 over the course of her two seasons with the Bluejays. The Evry, France native has found the back of the net eight times, while contributing three career assists in 1,625 minutes of action. This season, Mondiri earned Second Team All-BIG EAST honors after leading the team with 11 points on a team-high five goals and one assists.
Earning her second consecutive CSC Academic All-District honor, Kazandjian boasts a 3.71 GPA, majoring in Exercise Science and Pre-Health. Over the course of three seasons with the Bluejays, Kazandjian appeared in 51 matches, logging 3,183 minutes on the pitch. The Kirkland, Quebec, Canada native was a First Team All-BIG EAST selection in 2022, finishing her career with five goals, including three game-winners, while dishing out four total assists.
An exercise science major, Offer entered the fall with a 3.95 cumulative GPA. The heart and soul of the Creighton back line, Offer started all 17 matches in her first season with the Bluejays. She logged 1,491 total minutes of a possible 1,530 minutes this season, while recording five total shots from the back line.
In her second season with the Bluejays, Kulick owns a 3.69 cumulative GPA, while pursuing a nursing degree. The Aurora, Colo. native has appeared in 35 matches, earning 21 starts over her first two years as a Bluejay. She has played a combined 1,742 minutes of action, recording one assist earlier this season.
