Lawrence, Kan. -- Creighton Rowing delivered an impressive performance at the Jayhawk Jamboree on Saturday, November 2 as the Bluejays finished third in both novice races as well as the Varsity 4+. The Bluejays took fifth place in the Varsity 8+ race.
"Today was a really good race on rough conditions with rain the second set of races," said head coach Dan Chipps. "There was just 13 seconds between 2nd and 5th in the Varsity 8 race. I'm also so proud of how our novice rowed in their first race! More than excited for Drake next weekend and looking forward to a awesome spring."
The Bluejays close out the fall season on Saturday, November 9 with a duel race against Drake in Des Moines, Iowa.
