Keys To the Game on February 6 (at Xavier)
- Execute Early: Creighton wants to get in front early to allow more minute distribution.
- Defend the Paint and Scarlett: Like many teams, Xavier has a height advantage they Bluejays will need to contend with. In addition, Mackayla Scarlett is a more than capable scorer that the Bluejay defense will work to limit.
- Take Care of the Ball: One of the top teams in the NCAA in fewest turnovers, Creighton cannot help Xavier with unforced errors or sloppy ball handling.
The 75-65 win over Butler on February 4 gave the Bluejays their eighth consecutive win.
