Softball Moves Thursday Series Opener With St. John’s to 4 P.M. Due to Weather

OMAHA, Neb. – Creighton Softball's series opener against St. John's on Thursday has been moved up to 4 p.m. to avoid potential thunderstorms in the Omaha area on Thursday evening.
The teams will begin their three-game series on Thursday afternoon at 4 p.m. at the Creighton Sports Complex. The Bluejays and Red Storm will then battle on Friday at 12 p.m. before wrapping up the series with a 10:30 a.m. contest on Saturday.
Creighton is 18-20 on the season and 8-7 in BIG EAST play after claiming series sweeps over Georgetown and Butler each of the last two weekends.
