- Thompson collected a combined nine letters in baseball (three), basketball (two) and football (four) while playing for the Raiders.
- Seth guided Northfield HS to the 2024 district championship, earning All-State and All-BIG 9 honors.
- He was named to the All-Minnesota team by the Star Tribune in 2025, closing the year with a .400 average, six home runs and 29 RBI.Â
