Getting to Know Nick Venteicher
- Venteicher appeared in 33 games, earning 25 starts.Â
- He closed the season hitting with 16 hits, 18 runs scored and 11 RBI.
- Nick collected six extra-base hits, with one home run and one triple.
- He delivered three multi-RBI games, including a 2-for-5 effort in Creighton’s 11-8 win at Samford on March 29. Venteicher blasted a two-run home run in the seventh.
- Nick went 2-for-3 with two RBI against Portland on Feb. 21 and was 2-for-4 against Omaha on April 29.
2020-2024 (Millard West HS)
- As a three year letterwinner, Nick led his team to two state championships and one state runner-up finish, earning him First Team All-State honors.
- He wrapped up his senior season hitting a .378, collecting 38 runs,Â
- four homers, 33 RBI, nine doubles and four triples.
- Venteicher was also active in football, where he earned All-State selections twice.Â
