Name:Â Alaire Serell
High School:Â Fossil Ridge High School

Parents/family:Â My biggest supporters are my parents: Tiffany and Sean Serell. As well as my brother: Zach Serell.
Major:Â I will be majoring in Biochemistry, while pursuing the PreMed track!Â
Social Media Handles: My instagram is - alaire.serellÂ
I knew I wanted to be a Bluejay when… I got the chance to tour the school in person and meet all my future teammates and coaches!
Interesting fact about me:Â I played lacrosse for my whole life, up until my sophomore year when I decided to solely focus on running! I also have a pet snapping turtle!Â
Running/Competition Superstition:Â I have lucky socks and lucky earrings for races!Â
Favorite Running Spot: On the beach! Â
If I could run with any three people, living or dead, it would be: #1: My mom - I love talking with her and runs bring out fun and interesting conversations that we wouldn’t typically have. #2 Parker Valby - who wouldn’t want to run with a rockstar like her?! #3 Kelvin Kiptum - his world record marathon time blows my mind and I have so many questions for him.Â
When I am not running/training, I am: Playing with my dogs (Bette and Wilson) or cat (Sugar). I also love being outdoors, whether it’s boating, snowboarding, hiking, or swimming!Â
Favorite Movie:Â Legally Blonde or Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle.Â
Favorite Food:Â Salmon or pasta!
