2014 Cross Country: Ran at the BIG EAST Conference Meet. PR of 26:30 at Briar Cliff Invite and competed at every race.
2015 Indoor Track: Competed at three races, including two at the University of Nebraska and one at Grinnell College. Ran several events such as the 1000m (2:41), mile (4:37), and the 3000m (9:33).
2015 Outdoor Track: Competed at 3 meets, racing the 800m at every meet. Ran a personal best with a time of 1:58.59 at the Concordia Invite.
High School: Four time All-Conference honors in cross country. Conference Champion 2013 in cross country.  Four time team Conference Champions in cross country. Sectional Champion 2012 and 2013 in cross country. Sectional team champions 2010 and 2011. Sectional team runner up 2012 and 2013. Four time State participant 2010, 2011, 2012, and 2013 in Wisconsin State Cross country meet taking 100th, 20th, 34th, and 8th respectively. All state in cross country 2013. Most Valuable Performer for Cross country 2012 and 2013. Two time Track All-Conference honors in 1,600 meters and 3,200 meters 2013 and 2014. All-Conference Track honors in 4X400 meter relay 2013 and All-Conference Track honors in 3,200 meter relay 2014. State participant in Wisconsin State Track and Field meet in 1,600 meters. 2014 WIAA Scholar Athlete Award for Wisconsin.Personal: Born October 8, 1995 in St. Croix Falls Wisconsin. I am the Son of Daniel and Marie Ohnstad. Brother to David, Violet, Joseph, and Olivia Ohnstad. I played 4 sports throughout high school. Cross country for 4 years, basketball for 4 years, track for 4 years, and club soccer for 4 years. We were Conference Champions 2013 in basketball. All-Conference honors in basketball 2013 and 2014 and Most Valuable player 2014.
