Breen is a Jesuit regent that joined Creighton this fall.
Tim has completed half of his Jesuit formation toward becoming a priest. He will
continue that journey at Creighton and will be working with the soccer programs in administrative capacities.
Breen comes to Creighton from Gonzaga Preparatory School in Spokane, Wash. At Gonzaga Prep, Breen served as a Spanish teacher, soccer coach, and assistant athletic
director while completing his first two years of Jesuit regency. Typically one final year at another institution is required, but Breen lobbied for a two year assignment with the Bluejays.
A former soccer player at Loyola-Chicago wanted to merge his passion for collegiate athletics and the church.
A native of Redondo Beach, Calif., Tim earned his bachelors degree in philosophy and Spanish from Loyola University Chicago and also holds a USSF (United States Soccer Federation) National “E” License.
