2021 (Junior):
A captain in 2021, Jordy started each of the 12 games she played in during the season ... She played every minute of the 12 matches she participated in, accumulating 1,142 minutes of action on the pitch ... Rothwell tallied two goals and one assist as a junior, scoring both goals in a 3-0 win over Oral Roberts on Aug. 29 ... Jordy earned BIG EAST Defensive Player of the Week on Sept. 6 after helping the Bluejays to back-to-back shutouts over South Dakota (Sept. 2) and South Dakota State (Sept. 5) the pervious week ... Her season was cut short after suffering an injury during the Marquette game on Sept. 30.
2020 (Sophomore):
Rothwell started each of the Bluejays’ 10 matches in 2020, logging the second-most minutes with 908 ... Jordy guided the Creighton defense to its first appearance in the BIG EAST Tournament ... Rothwell helped lead Creighton to a pair of shutouts and four additional matches allowing just one goal ... She also attempted a pair of shots, coming in home matches against DePaul (April 4) and Marquette (March 21).
2019 (Freshman):
Jordy appeared in all 18 matches making 17 starts, while leading the Bluejays in minutes played with 1,617 ... She earned a spot on the All-BIG EAST Freshman Team, closing the year with one goal and one assist on the year ... Her goal came in a 2-1 win at Kansas City on Sept. 17, while she had helper in Creighton 1-1 draw at St. John’s on Oct. 27.
High School & Club:
A four-year letterwinner for Edgewood High School, Rothwell received Second Team All-Badger Conference honors as a freshman and First Team the final three years ... She helped lead her team to a state runner-up finish in 2019 and was a semifinalist in 2017...Jordy played club soccer for FC Wisconsin.
Personal:
The daughter of Mark and Julie Rothwell, Jordy was born in Madison, Wisconsin … She has two siblings: Hailey and her twin brother Brandon ... Her sister Hailey joined the Creighton team in the 2021 season ... Rothwell is majoring in exercise science and minoring in Spanish.
