Kyla will change jersey numbers this season, moving from # 00 to # 30 to open the 2015 season.
2014 (Junior):
Despite not appearing in a match during the fall season, Kyla played every minute of Creighton’s 2015 spring season ... During the spring she recorded three shutouts and will enter the 2015 fall season in a battle for the starting goalkeeper spot.
2013 (Sophomore):
Salazar did not appear in a match during the 2013 season.
2012 (Freshman):
Kyla did not appear in a match during the 2012 season.
High School:
Salazar graduated from Arbor View HS in 2012 ... Salazar earned three letters as an Aggie, leading Arbor View to a combined 49-5 record ... She earned the conference MVP as a senior and her team MVP following each of her last two seasons ... As a senior, Kyla recorded 11 shutouts, allowing just four goals.
Club Team:
Playing club soccer for the Las Vegas Players Soccer Club, Salazar started 83 consecutive games, winning the Nevada State Cup and making an appearance in the Far West Regionals in 2011.
