Some frequently asked questions about TD Ameritrade Park Omaha, as it relates to Creighton Baseball.
What is the address for TD Ameritrade Park Omaha?The exact address is 1200 Mike Fahey Street, Omaha, NE 68102. Cuming Street is on the North side of the stadium, Mike Fahey Street is on the South side of the stadium, and it located between 10th (to the East) and 13th Streets (to the West). The park is adjacent to Qwest Center Omaha, the home of Creighton men's basketball.
What is the seating capacity?
24,000.
What are the outfield dimensions?
Left - 335 feet; Left-Center - 375 feet; Center - 408 feet; Right-Center - 375 feet; Right - 335 feet. The dimensions are identical to those at Johnny Rosenblatt Stadium.
Which dugout is used by Creighton?
Creighton uses the 3rd-base dugout for all regular-season home games.
How does ticketing for Creighton students work?
Students with a current, valid ID will be admitted free of charge to Creighton baseball games. Seats will be located down the third-base side or left-field bleachers. For the April 19th opener, students will need to go to Gate 3 (Centerfield) to pick up their tickets and enter starting at 3:30 pm. For most other remaining games, students can pick up their tickets from the TD Ameritrade Park Omaha Box Office windows starting one hour prior to first pitch. Creighton student ID's will not get you into the College World Series.
How much are tickets?
Tickets are $10 for adults, and $6 for youths ages 2-18. The May 10, 2011 baseball game vs. Nebraska is $12 and $8.
When is the TD Ameritrade Park Omaha box office open?
It is open on game days only starting at 10 am through the top of the fifth inning. On non game days tickets can be purchased at the Qwest Center Omaha Box Office (10th and Cass) 10 am – 6 pm weekdays or at the Creighton Athletic Ticket Office (19th and Webster) 9 am – 4:30 pm. Tickets can also be purchased through Ticketmaster.com or by calling 1-800-745-3000.
Where is the box office/will call and player's family entrance located?
The box office, will call windows and player's family entrance is located near Gate 2 down the right field line, near the intersection of 13th & Mike Fahey Streets.
When do the gates open?
The gates open 60 minutes before first pitch. For the April 19th opener, the gates will open at 3:30 pm. Credentialed media needing park access before the stadium gates open can enter through the security door by the brick fence North of Gate 4 (NE corner).
When do the parking lots open?
Parking lots open three hours before first pitch. For the April 19th opener, the parking lots will open at 12:30 pm.
What does it cost to park?
It costs $8 per car. The bus rate is $20.
Is tailgating permitted?
Yes, as long as it does not occupy other parking lot stalls. Only tents 10' x 10' or smaller are allowed. Stakes are not permitted.
Is alcohol available at TD Ameritrade Park Omaha?
Yes for Creighton home games, to those with valid ID's and proof of being age 21 or older. Miller and Coors products are available. Alcohol will not be sold during the Men's College World Series.
Can I smoke at TD Ameritrade Park Omaha?
TD Ameritrade Park Omaha is a smoke-free facility. Any person who refuses to comply with the policy shall be subject to ejection from the facility. Outside smoking areas are located at Gates 2 and 3. Smokers must stay 20 feet away from the gate entrance.
Can I bring in umbrellas or beach balls?
Beach balls and large umbrellas are not permitted to be brought into TD Ameritrade Park Omaha.
Is there a specific entrance for those that need ADA assistance?
Yes. Enter through Gate 2, which is located on the Southwest corner of the park, near the corner of 13th & Mike Fahey Streets.
When does the Jaybacker Hospitality Room open and how do I get there?
The Jaybacker Hospitality Room is located behind section 111 and is open one hour prior to first pitch. A Jaybacker Hospitality Room pass is required for entry. For April 19th only, the Jaybacker Hospitality Room will open at 3:30 pm.
When does the Club Lounge open?
The club lounge opens 60 minutes before first pitch and can be access by the elevator and set of stairs located behind section 111. A club lounge pass is required for entry. Media is not permitted on the Club Lounge level.
How do I get to the Press Box?
There is an elevator and set of stairs located behind section 111 that take you to the press box. A credential or press-box level ticket is required for entry.
Where is Guest Services?
Guest Services is located behind section 113.
Where do I buy a program?
Programs will be available at the gazebo in the concourse behind section 112. They will be $2 each, and include rosters for both teams and a scorecard.

Where did Creighton baseball used to play?
Before moving to TD Ameritrade Park Omaha, Creighton baseball played home games at both the Creighton Sports Complex and Johnny Rosenblatt Stadium in recent seasons.
What other teams play at TD Ameritrade Park Omaha?
As of April 18, 2011, none. Creighton baseball is the only tenant at TD Ameritrade Park Omaha.
What are those structures I see behind the outfield bleachers?
Behind the left-field line is the Bob Kerry Pedestrian Bridge, the longest pedestrian bridge to connect two states. In the distance behind centerfield is Qwest Center Omaha, home to Creighton basketball and Nebraska-Omaha hockey. Behind right-field is downtown Omaha.
When is the 2011 College World Series?
The Men's College World Series will be from June 18-28/29, 2011.
