Bluejay WBB Travels to Face Seton Hall in All-Access Game on Jan. 2

Omaha, Neb. --- Heading out for their first two BIG EAST road contests of the season, the Creighton women's basketball team faces Seton Hall on Jan. 2. The contest will have a special flavor as both head coaches will be mic'd up throughout the contest and featured in FOX's All-Access Game on FS2, beginning at 6:00 pm (CT).

Creighton holds a 6-3 edge over the Pirates, including a series sweep last season. The Bluejays are 3-1 against Seton Hall in New Jersey, posting a thrilling overtime victory there last season.

Scouting Seton Hall (8-5, 0-2 BE)
After opening the season with six victories in seven games, the Pirates gone 2-4 since. Seton Hall, however, has been excellent in the comfort of South Orange going 6-2. The Pirates lone two home losses came to Princeton (85-83 on Nov. 16)
and to #11 UCLA (77-68 on Dec. 17).
The trio of Donnaizh Fountain (15.2 ppg), JaQuan Jackson (12.5 ppg) and Taylor Brown (11.1 ppg) have led Seton Hall's offense this season.
In the first two BIG EAST contests the Pirates struggled on the defensive end, allowing 89 points to DePaul and 97 to Marquette.

Rare Half Without a Trey
In the win over Georgetown on Dec. 30th, Creighton was held without a three-pointer in the first half (0-for-6). It was the first time since March 8, 2016 that the Bluejays did not have a trifecta in a half. Creighton went 0-for-4 in the first half of the BIG EAST Championship game against St. John's.
Creighton Extends Streak of Games with at Least One Three-Ball to 317
In the Bluejays 496 games under the head coach Jim Flanery, Creighton has hit at least one trey 495 times and in 317 consecutive contests.
The lone time Creighton did not drain a three-pointer under Flanery came on Feb. 14, 2008 against Southern Illinois (a 62-59 win).

During the Bluejays' four-game home stretch, the quartet of Audrey Faber, Jaylyn Agnew Olivia Elger and Sydney Lamberty were more than impactful. During those four games Creighton went 3-1, scoring 292 points. The quartet accounted for 246 (84%) of those. Rebounding and assists were also largely handed by the fearsome four with 61 of 81 assists (75%) and 78 of the Bluejays' 131 rebounds (60%).
