OMAHA, Neb. -- The Creighton men's tennis team will host the 2018 Bluejay Invitational on Friday and Saturday at the Koch Family Outdoor Tennis Center.Â
The Bluejays welcome North Dakota, UMKC and Doane for the two-day event.
Two rounds of doubles and one round of singles will take place on Friday, starting at 1 p.m. The tournament will conclude on Saturday with one round of doubles and two rounds of singles, beginning at 9 a.m.Â
Creighton returns six players from last season's squad and welcomes two newcomers. Daniel Lopez-Rey and Stratton Brown each return after recording double-digit win totals in singles action during the 2018 spring schedule, while Lopez-Rey and Mac Mease paired up for 11 doubles victories last spring.Â
