Blum was a three-time All-State selection and earned a spot at the U-19 German National Team camp last summer.
"We are excited for Caroline to join our Bluejay soccer family," said assistant coach Daniella Pappas. "Caroline has great distribution which will be a great addition to our team model. We're looking forward to having her join our goalkeeper unit."
Blum pushes the Bluejays incoming class to 15 as she will join Aaliyah Scott, Millie Thistleton, Andrine Westlie, Anja Jestrovic, Clara Kulick, Maddie Merrick, Tejia Powell, Stacey Qosja, Kendal Radke, Maia Sirota, Shani Sirota, Savannah Soloman and Tilly Thomas on the pitch this season.
