CREIGHTON CAREER: 2006 (Junior) – Started 26 games as the designated player, while playing in 10 games off the bench, including eight as a pinch-hitter ... Tied for the team-lead with two pinch hits on the season, going 2-for-8 as a pinch-hitter ... Nine of her 12 hits on the season came against MVC opponents ... Recorded a pinch-hit RBI single against Holy Cross (March 9) ... Went 3-for-6 in a doubleheader at Drake (April 5), including her first double of the year and her only multiple-hit game of the season ... Crushed her only home run of the season, a three-run shot, against UMKC on April 11 ... Went 1-for-3 in each of CU’s three games with Southern Illinois ... Had the game-winning RBI on a 10th-inning single against SIU in the Missouri Valley Conference tournament (May 11).
2005 (Sophomore) – Appeared in 44 of CU’s 57 games, making six starts as the designated player ... Had more RBI (12) than hits (9) ... CU’s top bat off the bench, leading the team with six pinch-hits and 36 pinch-hit at bats ... Had three doubles and eight RBI as a pinch-hitter ... Smacked her first hit of the year, a double, against Robert Morris (March 6) ... Had one hit in three straight games March 17-19, going 3-for-4 with four RBI in that span ... Crushed her first home run of the year in her first start of the season at Evansville (March 19) ... Her solo home run and game-winning RBI on a sacrifice fly gave CU a 2-1 win over the Purple Aces ... Also swiped her first career stolen base at Evansville (March 20) ... Honored on the MVC all-tourney team after recording CU’s only RBI in a 1-0 win over Evansville (May 13) ... Went 3-for-15 with one home run and six RBI as a pinch-hitter ...
