2021 (Junior)
- Loosbrock made three appearances out of the bullpen in 2021, throwing 2.1 innings and yielding one run, three hits, and one walk.
- Alex returned from injury on May 1 and got two outs out of both batters faced in a win over St. John’s.
- In his first year as a Bluejay, Loosbrock made six relief appearances before the season was cut short, sporting a 3.97 ERA in 11.1 innings pitched with seven strikeouts.
- Alex made his debut on Feb 22 at San Jose State, tossing a scoreless inning and striking out a Spartans batter looking.
- On March 7, Loosbrock tossed a career-high four shutout frames against Omaha with four strikeouts.
- Loosbrock appeared in 23 games over two seasons at Sioux Falls, including 14 starts.
- Alex tossed a combined 76.1 innings, including 51.2 in 2019. He recorded 53 strikeouts and just 25 walks as a sophomore.
- His best outing came against Bemidji State on April 7th in 2019 with nine strikeouts in six innings and just one run allowed.
- A three-sport athlete (football, basketball and baseball) at Adrian HS, Alex earned First Team All-Red Rock Conference as a junior, going 6-3 with a 1.79 ERA and 76 strikeouts in 51 innings.
- During his senior season, Loosbrock tossed a no-hitter in the high school playoffs.
- Best baseball memories are road trips with teammates and exploring different parts of the country with them.
- Favorite class at Creighton has been Exercise Physiology with Dr. Jake Siedlik.
- Chose Creighton for the high level of baseball played and an opportunity to grow both as a person and baseball player.
