CREIGHTON CAREER: 2009 (Junior) – Named first-team all-MVC second baseman ... Honored on the MVC All-Tournament Team for the second straight season ... Earned MVC Scholar-Athlete Second-Team honors ... Started all 51 games at second base ... Led team and MVC with 17 sacrifice bunts, to rank 17th in the NCAA with 0.33 sacs per game ... Second on team with 45 hits, .424 on-base percentage and 12 multiple-hit games ... Ended season ranked fourth in CU history with 19 career hit by pitches and sixth with 43 sacrifice bunts (13 shy of record) ... Hit .333 and led the team with 23 hits and 12 runs scored in Valley play ... Career .309 average ranks just outside of the Creighton top-10 ... All of her career-high seven home runs came after her injury ... Tied for the team-lead with five home runs in MVC play ... Had 10 multiple-hit games, including three three-hit contests ... Batted a team-leading .438 against left-handed pitching ... Hit .429 with three home runs, five RBI and six runs scored in her final nine games ...
