- Bamesberger is expected to play the outfield as well as pitch in 2016.
2015 (Junior at Creighton)
- Bamesberger appeared in 18 games for the Bluejays in 2015.
- Will’s longest outing was a two-inning performance against Utah Valley on March 14.
- He closed the season with two strikeouts in one inning of work against Seton Hall during the BIG EAST Tournament on May 23.
2014 (Sophomore at Creighton)
- Will appeared in 21 games during his second campaign as a left-handed specialist.
- Bamesberger pitched a season-high 2.0 innings and did not give up a run against Charlotte on Feb. 28.
- He picked up his first career win, getting two outs against Fresno State on March 23.

- Bamesberger appeared in 14 games in first season.

- Will allowed just two runs on five hits in six innings in 2013.
- His best performance of the season came in Creighton’s 4-1 win over North Dakota, recording two strikeouts in one inning on March 11.
2009-12 (Grand Island High School)
- Bamesberger garnered a combined 13 varsity letters in track (four), baseball (three), basketball (three) and football (three). Â
- A two-time baseball MVP for the Islanders, Bamesberger was also earned Super-State First Team honors in football as a senior and all-conference second team in basketball in 2011.
- Bamesberger pitched for Grand Island Home Federal during the summers, recording 77 strikeouts in only 62 innings. He also hit .358 with 15 doubles in 2011.
- The following summer, Bamesberger led Grand Island Home Federal to a 34-20 record, highlighted by a complete game shutout win over South Sioux City Cownie Church Post 307 on July 23. Bamesberger recorded 19 strikeouts in the three-hit victory.
