Track 2013: Named Team Captain. Ran the 5k in 16:45 at the Kip Janvrin Invite at Simpson College invitational. Personal best in the 1500, 4:22, achieved at the Mizzou Relays.
Cross Country 2012: Personal best of 27:33 at Briar Cliff Invitational.
High School: Graduated from Antonian College Preparatory High School. Ran Cross Country and Track for three years. Member of two time TAPPS State Championship team, 2010 and 2011. Academic All-State 2010, 2011. Team Captain 2011. Personal best of 16:14 in the 5k
