An anchor on Creighton’s backline, Olivia started all 19 contests during her first season with the Bluejays ... Was one of just five women to start in each of the team’s 19 matches and was one of just two freshman to start in the season-opener at Oklahoma (Aug. 14) ... Helped deliver four shutouts, while ranking second on the team with 1,601 total minutes played, including a season-high 90 minutes played in 13 different contests ... Closed the year with one goal and a team-high tying four assists ... Registered first collegiate point, dishing out an assist to Anna Bragg against No. 20 Georgetown (Sept. 20) ... Netted the game-winning goal and the first goal of her career in the Bluejays’ 1-0 win at Villanova (Sept. 24) ... Tallied assists in three straight matches against Seton Hall (Oct. 22), Butler (Oct. 25) and St. John’s (Nov. 1) to earn BIG EAST Defensive Player of the Week honors on Nov. 3.
Tahoma High School
A four-year starting defender and letterwinner for Tahoma High School in Maple Valley, Washington ... A two-time NSPL Defensive Player of the Year honoree, Sides guided the Bears to a 7-5-5 record, while scoring three goals and handing out two assists as a senior ... Led Tahoma to a Washington Class 4A District-3 Championship and a WIAA Class 4A State Tournament appearance with an 8-2-1 record, netting five goals and dished out five assists on the way to earning NPSL First Team All-Conference recognition in 2023 ... Was also named to the WIAA All-State First Team and the Tahoma HS Defensive Most Valuable Player following junior season ... Garnered NPSL First Team All-League honors as a sophomore after guiding the Bears to a 16-4-0 record and a WIAA District 3 title and a WIAA Class 4A State quarterfinals appearance ... Also earned WIAA Second Team All-State Defenders honors, while being named the team’s Most Valuable Defensive player following sophomore season in 2022 ... Played club soccer for the PAC Northwest Soccer Club, where she was named to the ECNL Northwest All-Conference First Team as a junior and to the Second Team as a sophomore ... Off the pitch, Olivia excelled in the classroom, serving two years on the National Honor Society.
