Series History: Bluejays Lead Golden Eagles, 2-1-1
Creighton and Oral Roberts have met four times previously, with the Bluejays holding a slim edge. Sunday's contest, however, will be just the second time Creighton has traveled to Oral Roberts. The Bluejays and Golden Eagles battled to a 1-1 draw in the first meeting in Tulsa (Oct. 12, 1997).
The last time the two squads met, Sept. 23, 2012, saw Oral Roberts post a 2-1 win in overtime at Morrison Stadium.

Scouting Oral Roberts (2-0-1)
The Golden Eagles enter Sunday's match red hot, with back-to-back victories. Oral Roberts bested Arkansas-Pine Bluff 5-0 on August 22, then downed Northwestern Oklahoma State 3-0 on Thursday (August 26).
Over three matches the Golden Eagles hold a 12-4 scoring edge, playing Northwestern State to a 4-4 draw in the opening match of the season.
Leading the offense is Pamela Caballeros, who has four goals and one assist for nine points in three match. She delivered a pair of goals in the win over Northwestern Oklahoma State on Thursday. Caballeros also delivered two goals in the win over Arkansas-Pine Bluff.
Defensively the Golden Eagles allowed just 15 shots during its two-match winning streak. Louisa Ramsauer has logged all but 11 minutes in the net, making 15 saves and posting a 1.29 goals against average.
Scouting Creighton (2-1-0)
Thursday's result at Tulsa was disappointing for the Bluejays, but will certainly provide motivation. Creighton was passive in the opening half, managing just five shots in the opening 45 minutes. In the second half the Bluejays shifted their attack into high gear with 10 shots, having the lead goal nullified by an offside call.
The season opening win over Montana put Creighton's youth on display as freshman Abigail Santana and Hailey Rothwell punched in the goals. A quartet of assists came from freshman Greta Betz and Atkinson (Santana's) goal, while freshman Maddie Radke and Kardovic earned a helper on Rothwell's.
The win over Drake saw Cristina Garriga deliver the game-winner, while Santana added insurance early in the second half.
Over three contests Creighton has out shot its opponents 56-23 and holds a 17-7 edge on corners.
Defensively Keelan Terrell posted her second career shutout in the win over Drake. Terrell has notched seven saves and has a 0.62 goals against average on the season.
Creighton Soccer Going Green
Spearheaded by sophomore Emma Yackley, the Creighton men's and women's soccer programs will be hosting Green Games on Thursday, September 30th (women's vs. Marquette at 7:00 pm) and Saturday, October 2nd (men's vs. UIC at 7:00 pm).
Both matches will be carbon neutral and zero waste, meaning the electricity consumed at the games will be offset by credits purchased by a sponsor (FCC) and all concessions will be composted or recycled.
Bins will be set out to collect gently used athletic equipment and gear. These items will be donated to CUES, an organization representing three diverse, low-income Catholic elementary schools in Omaha.
Additionally, these games will be hosting a 'Green' Club Fair spread across the two events.
The goal of these games is to promote a sustainable culture at Creighton and within our community, as well as to educate attendees about environmental stewardship.
