2008 (Senior): Senior captain who is regarded as a team leader despite his infrequent pitching appearances ... Threw a scoreless inning on April 16 vs Iowa at historic Rosenblatt Stadium ... Threw a scoreless inning against Louisiana-Monroe on Senior Day (May 17) ... Was converted into a submarine pitcher in the off-season.
2007 (Junior): Pitched in six games out of the bullpen ... On the mound for career-high two innings against Lamar on Feb. 24 ... Logged a total of five innings during the season ... Struck out two batters in one inning of work against Maryland in his first appearance of the season and matched that strikeout total in his next outing against Lamar (2/24) ... Appeared on consecutive nights against Oklahoma on March 6 and 7, taking the loss in game two for his first career decision ... Held hitters 1-for-9 (.111) with runners in scoring position ...
