- Albrecht authored a breakout season with 17 appearances and 10 starts with a 2.39 ERA. He finished the year with an impressive 7-1 record, notching 48 strikeouts and just 28 walks in 64 innings.
- Jeff’s performance earned him a spot on the All-BIG EAST Second Team. In BIG EAST action, Albrecht was 3-0, allowing just eight runs in six starts over 29.2 innings.
- His best outing of the season came on April 30 against
- Georgetown. Albrecht held the Hoyas scoreless over seven innings, allowing two hits in the Bluejays’ 4-0 win.
2015 (Sophomore at Creighton)
- Jeff appeared in 13 games and made six starts.
- Albecht collected the win over CSU Bakersfield on Feb. 15,
- allowing just two hits in 4.1 innings of relief.
- In his longest start of the season, Jeff gave up just four hits and one run over six innings against Minnesota on March 7.
2014 (Freshman at Creighton)
- Jeff made 13 appearances on the bump in 2014, including nine starts.
- Albrecht earned his first start in his second appearance as a
- Bluejay, combining with four other Creighton pitchers to work an 8-0 shutout of Minnesota on Feb. 23.
- Jeff tossed three innings of scoreless ball in his third start on March 31 against No. 25 UNLV.
- Albrecht had his best outing of the season with 5.1 innings against
- Nebraska on April 8. He left the game with a 2-0 lead, allowing just two hits.
- Jeff earned his first victory on April 26, limiting Butler to two runs on four hits in 6.1 innings of work.
2010-13 (Creighton Prep)
- Jeff earned a combined four letters in baseball (two) and hockey (two).
- He was named to the First Team All-State in 2012 and 2013.
- Albrecht closed 2013 with a 4-2 record and a 1.18 ERA in 35
- innings; holding opponents to a .197 batting average.
- The lefty also led Creighton Prep to the 2012 Nebraska State Title and the Creighton Prep Legion team to the Legion World Series.
