2012-15 (Legend High School)
- Wick appeared in five games during his sophomore season.
- He tossed a combined two innings, collecting two strikeouts in his Creighton debut against South Dakota State in 1.1 frames of scoreless ball on April 10.
- Threw 6.1 innings with 11 strikeouts and a 0.00 ERA for the St. Cloud Rox of the Northwoods Summer League.
2016-17 (South Mountain Community College)
- Wick saw action in 14 games during 2016, but was unable to pitch due to Tommy John surgery in 2017. As a result, Wick used his redshirt option.
- Justin tossed 42.1 innings as a freshman, recording 33 strikeouts with a 3-5 record and a 5.95 ERA.
2012-15 (Legend High School)
- Wick collected letters in his final two seasons with the Titans, tossing a combined 42.2 innings.
- As a senior, Justin notched 36 strikeouts in 30.2 innings. He went on to collect All-Continental League Honorable Mention.
