2011-14 (Creighton Prep High School)
- Mike was the Bluejays rock, playing all but eight innings behind the plate for Creighton.
- An All-BIG EAST Second Team selection, Emodi started 47 games and came off the bench in the other two.
- Michael led Creighton with 50 hits, nine home runs, 39 RBI and was fourth on the squad with a .270 batting average.
- Emodi had 14 multi-hit games, including a four-hit performance against Utah Valley on March 19. In that contest Emodi collected a career-high seven RBI.
- Emodi’s two-home run game at Georgetown on April 14 helped the Bluejays best the Hoyas.
- Another BIG EAST highlight was the monster shot Emodi hit into the soccer field at Seton Hall to secure the win on May 5.
- After opening the season in a platoon role behind the dish, Emodi worked his way into the starting gig.
- He appeared in 41 games, starting 29 contests. Emodi closed the season tied for second on the team with two home runs.
- Both of his round-trippers were prodigious shots. Against Brigham Young on April 23, Emodi blasted a shot out of the stadium to straight away in center field. In that contest Emodi finished with a team-high six RBI.
- Emodi’s second home run bounced off the scoreboard at St. John’s as he delivered three RBI in the contest on May 19 in the Bluejays’ 6-3 win.
- Behind the plate, Emodi gunned down 16 runners trying to steal last season.
2015 (Freshman)
- Michael used his redshirt option during the 2015 season.
2011-14 (Creighton Prep High School)
- Emodi earned All-Metro Conference selection by the Omaha World-Herald following his senior season after hitting .415.
- As a junior, Michael drove in 47 runs and posted a .303 batting average while earning a spot on the 2013 Lincoln Journal Star All-State team. He also hit six home runs and claimed All-State Honorable Mention honors from the Omaha World-Herald.
- Starting his varsity career as a sophomore, Emodi hit .365 with five home runs and 35 RBI during his first season.
- Emodi played on the Creighton Prep Legion team that placed fourth at the Legion World Series in 2012.
- In addition to his success on the diamond, Michael earned First Team All-State honors in football and Senior Football MVP following the 2014 season.
- He claimed a combined eight varsity letters in baseball (three), football (three) and basketball (two).
