- A lifelong Bluejay, Miller guided Cimarron HS to a combined record of 66-25 over four seasons, including four Sub-State Runner-Up finishes.
- McKayla collected a combined eight letters as a Bluejay in basketball (four), volleyball (two), softball (one) and track (one).
- She was a two-time First Team All-State selection, a three-time All-GWAC (Great West Activities Conference) pick and a two-time nominee for 3A Player of the Year.
- Miller closed her career with over 1,400 points, 700 rebounds and also was the Cimarron HS valedictorian, posting a perfect 4.0 GPA.
