2023-24 (Junior): Claiming All-BIG EAST Second Team recognition for the second straight season, becoming the first Bluejay program history to receive multiple all-conference honors ... Guided the Bluejays to a 13-9 team record, while earning 13 singles wins throughout the spring season ... Gandini posting a 5-2 record against BIG EAST competition, including a 6-2, 6-2 straight-sets win over Butler's Nicolas Arts in the BIG EAST Tournament ... Gandini also combined for a team-best 14 wins at the No. 1 and No. 3 doubles positions, teamed up for with Matthew Lanahan for a pair of wins at the top doubles position, while earning 12 victories and BIG EAST Doubles Team of the Week once with sophomore Yuma Daijima in the spring. In the fall, Gandini combined with Lanahan to make history, becoming the first doubles team in school history to ever earn an ITA National Ranking ... The dynamic duo entered the rankings at No. 47 after finishing the fall as the runner-ups at the ITA Central Regional, becoming the first Bluejays in program history to qualify for the ITA Natalia Fall Championships, where they advanced to the Round of 16.
2022-23 (Sophomore): Posted a 12-5 record at primarily No. 3 singles, and accumulated a split record of 9-9 with various partners at No. 1 and No. 2 doubles ... Went 4-0 in BIG EAST play ... Earned All-BIG EAST Second Team honors ... Executed a huge win 6-3, 6-3 in straight sets against Butler's Borja Miralles in the semifinals of the BIG EAST Championships ... Claimed four wins at No. 1 doubles with Matthew Lanahan and five wins at No. 2 doubles throughout the season with Kirtan Patel, Yuma Daijima and Zachary Kuo.
