2020-23 (Illinois-Springfield)
- In four years at Illinois-Springfield, Saner tossed a combined 131.2 innings with a 14-1 record and a combined ERA of 3.08.
- He recorded 157 strikeouts and held opponents to a .207 batting average. His best season came in 2021, posting an 8-0 record in 12 starts.
- Chad was named First Team All-Region in 2021, ranking eighth in NCAA Division II in hits allowed per nine innings.
- Saner tossed the second no-hitter in program history against Southwest Baptist in 2021.
- He helped guide the Prairie Stars to the 2022 DII College World Series, with three total Regional appearances and two Super Regionals.
