2025Â (Junior)
- Having 21 appearances in contests this season, Curtin pitched for 29 innings having an ERA of 4.97.
- He only allowed 16 earned runs and 35 hits while having 20 strikeouts during his time pitching in 2025.Â
- In a win over Kansas state on March 11th, Shane threw for two innings serving up three strikeouts which helped the Bluejays win 9-8.
- In the first match-up against Arkansas on May 31st, Curtain threw four strikeouts in three innings which was the highest amount of strikeouts thrown in a game for him this season.Â
2024Â (Sophomore)
- Shane appeared on the mound in 24 games, tossing 38 innings.Â
- On the mound, he complied a 3.52 ERA, allowing just 15 earned runs, and 43 hits.Â
- Curtin threw 16 scoreless innings, recorded 37 strikeouts, and tallied three games with four strikeouts.Â
- In a 3-2 win at Stanford on March 25, he tossed two shutdown innings with three strikeouts.Â
2023 (Freshman)
- Shane saw action in seven games during his freshman campaign.
- He tossed a combined 6.0 inning, posting scoreless outings in his last two games.
- Curtin hurled a scoreless frame against Butler in the Bluejay’s 16-3 road win on April 28.Â
- Later against Seton Hall he tossed another scoreless frame.
- He closed the season with four strikeouts and allowed just one extra base hit.
2018-22 (Mount Carmel HS)
- After posting a 1.54 ERA and 4-0 record for the Caravan in his senior season, Curtin was named to all-state and all-district teams.
- Curtin was ranked by Perfect Game and Prep Baseball Report as Illinois’ third-best southpaw in the class of 2022.
- Shane tossed a complete-game no-hitter against Richards on April 16, 2022.
