2025Â (Senior)

- Jimmy picked up his first win of the season against UC Davis on March 9. He threw two strikeouts and didn't allow any runs.

- In his first season at Creighton, Jimmy pitched 41 innings over 16 games, including seven starts.Â
- During those 41 innings, he allowed just 34 runs on 55 hits, and recorded 28 strikeouts.Â
- Jimmy had the most assists out of the Bluejays pitchers with seven, ending the season with a perfect fielding percentage.Â
- Burke threw his best game in a 9-2 win against Portland on March 10 with four scoreless innings and four strikeouts.Â
2022-23 (South Suburban CC)
- Burke saw time in 27 games while playing for the Bulldogs, all starts.Â
- He logged a combined 161 innings over two seasons, notching 129 strikeouts and a 3.91 ERA.
- Burke helped South Suburban become the District Runner-Up in 2023.
- He was Region 4 MVP as a freshman year and an NJCAA All-American nominee.

- Jimmy earned three letters with the Eagles in baseball (one) and hockey (two).

- What’s your favorite restaurant in Omaha? Avoli Osteria
- If you didn’t play baseball, what other sport would you have played? Hockey
- What’s your earliest baseball memory that still sticks with you today? Hitting an inside-the-park home run in my first ever travel baseball at bat when I was 9.
- What’s a hobby or talent you have that people wouldn’t expect from a baseball player? I'm an avid Formula 1 enthusiast.
