- Starting in all 59 games of the season, Ben was top five for the Bluejays with an average of .289 and ranked second in home runs with eight.Â
- With the most at-bats on the team (239), North also recorded the highest number of RBI (59) and was second in both runs (48) and hits (69).Â
- The shortstop led the team with 16 multi-RBI games and also swiped 15 bases.
- In an 11-7 win over Connecticut on April 6, he raised his average to a season-high of .362, with three RBI, two hits and one run scored.
- In a dominating 19-3 win on May 13, North had five RBI, two runs and two doubles to help complete the victory over Omaha.
- On April 18, North earned a spot on the Brooks Wallace Watch List.
2024 (Sophomore)
- After three wins at the Sugar Land Classic against Houston Christian, UTSA and UIC, Ben earned BIG EAST Player of the Week going 5-for-7 (.714) and an on-base percentage of .778.
- Ben started in 51 games, closing the year with a .283 batting average. He blasted seven doubles and picked up one triple. Â
- North scored 44 runs, delivered 45 RBI and hit six home runs.Â
- During a 22-1 win against Houston Christian on Feb. 23 Ben wentÂ
- 3-for-4 and tied a program record with 10 RBI, with two grand slams and 11 total bases.Â
- On defense, North helped turn six double plays, the fourth-most on the team and recorded 98 assists, the second most on the team.
2023 (Redshirt Freshman)
- Ben appeared in all 49 games for Creighton during the 2023 season,Â
- earning 48 starts.
- North closed the season hitting .173 with 27 hits, six doubles, two home runs and 13 RBI.
- A stellar defender at third base, North logged 100 assists.
- His best efforts of the season came with three hit performances againstÂ
- St. John’s in a 12-7 win on April 21 and at Wichita State on March 18 in Creighton’s 13-6 win.
2022 (Freshman)
- North started at third base twice and made three total appearances in 2022, but missed significant time with a knee injury.
- In a pinch-hit opportunity against The Citadel on April 1, Ben collected his first career knock, a go-ahead RBI single.
- North finished the season with a perfect fielding percentage.
2017-21 (East Ridge HS)
- North lettered in baseball all four years while at East Ridge, earning All-Suburban East Conference honors all four seasons.
- In his sophomore season, Ben helped the Raptors to a Minnesota state championship and was named to the All-Class 4A tournament team.Â
- North collected All-Section and All-State honors in his sophomore, junior, and senior seasons, even being named a finalist for Minnesota’s Mr. Baseball award
- Ben was a three-sport athlete at East Ridge, playing basketball and football on top of baseball.
