- Jack appeared in 10 games, all as the starting pitcher.Â
- He tossed 39.2 innings, with a 3-0 record and a 5.67 ERA.
- Returning from injury, he made his first appearance on March 29 against Samford
- Jack tossed three scoreless innings in a start on April 5 against Connecticut, earning the win with three strikeouts.
- Pineau’s second and third wins came in six inning efforts against Villanova (April 26) and at Butler (May 3). Jack limited the Wildcats to three runs, while holding Butler to a single tally and notching eight strikeouts.
- He closed the season with 41 strikeouts.Â

- In his freshman season, Jack made 12 appearances, starting six.
- Pineau pitched a total of 33.2 innings, with a 3.21 ERA.Â
2019-23 (St. Ignatius HS)
- Jack earned eight letters in hockey (four), basketball (one), cross country (one), track (one) and volleyball (one) as a Falcon. St. Ignatius did not offer baseball.Â
- Pineau instead played baseball for Pro 5 Academy in Canada.
- A distinguished athlete, Jack was an OHL draft pick on the ice and a member of Team Canada’s U18 squad.Â
- A four-time honor roll recipient, Pineau was also the Freshman Athlete of the Year for St. Ignatius.

- What’s your favorite restaurant in Omaha? Jams
- If you didn’t play baseball, what other sport would you have played? Hockey
- What’s your earliest baseball memory that still sticks with you today? Winning little league provincials in my hometown.
- What’s a hobby or talent you have that people wouldn’t expect from a baseball player? I love using Microsoft Excel.
