- The sophomore performed well in a game against UConn on April 5, pitching for three innings and leaving the Huskies scoreless during that time.Â

- In his freshman season, Jack made 12 game appearances at the pitching mound, starting in six.
- Pineau pitched a total of 33.2 innings, with a 3.21 ERA.Â
2019-23 (St. Ignatius HS)
- Jack earned eight letters in hockey (four), basketball (one), cross country (one), track (one) and volleyball (one) as a Falcon. St. Ignatius did not offer baseball.Â
- Pineau instead played baseball for Pro 5 Academy in Canada.
- A distinguished athlete, Jack was an OHL draft pick on the ice and a member of Team Canada’s U18 squad.Â
- A four-time honor roll recipient, Pineau was also the freshman Athlete of the Year for St. Ignatius.Â

- What’s your favorite restaurant in Omaha? Jams
- If you didn’t play baseball, what other sport would you have played? Hockey
- What’s your earliest baseball memory that still sticks with you today? Winning little league provincials in my hometown.
- What’s a hobby or talent you have that people wouldn’t expect from a baseball player? I love using Microsoft Excel.
