2025 (Senior)
- Making appearances in 22 games this season, Burke threw pitches in 49.2 innings earning an ERA of 4.35
- Throwing 38 strikeouts for the season, Burke allowed 24 earned runs for 54 hits.
- Jimmy picked up his first win of the season in a game against UC Davis on March 9th where he threw two strikeouts and allowed for no runs.

- Jimmy had the most assists out of the Bluejays pitchers with seven, and ended the season with a perfect fielding percentage.
- Burke threw his best game in a 9-2 win against Portland on March 10 with four scoreless innings and four strikeouts.
2022-23 (South Suburban CC)
- Burke saw time in 27 games while playing for the Bulldogs, all starts.
- He logged a combined 161 innings over two seasons, notching 129 strikeouts and a 3.91 ERA.
- Burke helped South Suburban become the District Runner-Up in 2023.
- He was Region 4 MVP as a freshman year and an NJCAA All-American nominee.
