- In two years with the Greyhounds, Adams started 13 games. He recorded a 6-4 record on the mound.Â
- JT pitched 54.1 innings with Fort Scott Community college, recording 44 strikeouts and averaging 7.29 K's per game.
- Adams made the honor roll all four semesters at Fort Scott Community College.
2019-23 (Olathe North High School)
- JT's senior year at Olathe North, the Eagles were 2023 District Champions and placed fifth at State.
- In 2022, Adams was named an honorable mention All-Sunflower League.
- While playing with the Eagles, JT was also a Perfect Game Top 500 Junior College Prospect.
- Adams earned three baseball letters, the fourth prevented due to COVID-19 his freshman year.
- Other than baseball, JT played football his freshman and sophomore years.

- Who was your favorite athlete growing up? Alex Gordon
- Where did you first fall in love with baseball, and who put the first glove in your hand? I fell in love with baseball from the moment I could walk. My dad put the glove and bat in my hands as soon as he could. Growing up, I watched baseball constantly and was obsessed with every part of the game, especially the Royals.
- Who is the GOAT of baseball? Ken Griffey Jr.
- What’s your favorite restaurant in Omaha? Smokin' Oak Pizza and it's not even close.
- If you didn’t play baseball, what other sport would you have played? Ultimate Frisbee. Grew up with the ultimate coach PJ!
- What’s your earliest baseball memory that still sticks with you today? My 50th strikeout in a season when I was in like sixth grade. It was my last pitch of the season and my dad was not happy that I didn't keep the ball.
- What’s a hobby or talent you have that people wouldn’t expect from a baseball player? Mongolian Throat Singing or my voice impressions
